Cinnamon Apple Maple Syrup Porridge

This easy porridge recipe serves 1 person and takes about 10 minutes.

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • A “glump” of coconut milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 tbs of Cinnamon
  • Spoon of Maple Syrup

In a small pot, have a cup of water and pinch of salt to boil.

When it’s done boiling, add the 1/2 cup of oats and change heat to low for 7 minutes.

After that, set your porridge to cool off for two minutes, then add the “glump” of coconut milk (depends on how creamy you want it).

When it’s all mixed, add the maple syrup and cinnamon. When that’s all mixed, chop up the apple to little pieces and add that to the porridge.
